A single vineyard Grand Cru called Le Moulin planted in 1947 by Sophie’s Grandfather Léon Launois. Made exclusively from the 2017 harvest vinifed in oak barrels with natural yeast, bottled in July 2018 under cork with agrafe.


Only 1,200 bottles produced.

The estate has been implementing

organic methods for several years. Sophie started the process of organic certification in August 2020.
