Château La Coste Rosé d'une Nuit 2025

A wine made by Chateau La Coste since 1964, Rosé d’Une Nuit is a vivid, character-driven rosé made with a brief overnight maceration that brings intensity of colour and flavour. Juicy, expressive, and beautifully balanced, it showcases a more generous side of Provence while remaining true to their  organic philosophy and artisanal approach.

Harvested mechanically, the grapes are gently pressed at low temperature before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. A short maturation on fine lees preserves the purity of fruit, minerality, and lively freshness.
