Champagne Doyard Vendémiaire 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs NV

An entry into the world of Champagne Doyard. A mixture of premier and grand cru fruit from around the Coteaux Blancs, partial barrel fermentation followed by 4 years on lees (minimum), resulting in an elegant and refined Chardonnay with incredible depth. A perfect 'House Champagne' for restaurants, or discerning private clients.
