It's difficult to find a Single Quinta (single vineyard!) which is this good value, in our humble opinions! Vines planted in the Pinhao Valley are up to 250m above sea level, unusual for the Douro region.

One of the most famed sites in the region due to its microclimate providing a supremely elegant Port, marginally less sweet and sticky than others, but equally intense and ready for drinking now or lasting another 20 years in the cellar. Notes of liqorice, stewed black plum, damson over layers of crunchy tannin and subtle floral notes. A wine that demands stilton cheese!
