A stunning Savagnin made as a white wine (not oxidative) coming from old vines. Directly pressed onto 500l barrels and regularly topped up for Three years. Showing a complex aromatic profile of notes of lemon cream / meringue, lightly spiced granny smith and honey. Ultra smooth material on the palate – generous, deep and concentrated, with a salty finish.
