A perfect Pinot from a unique and understated Champagne 'grower'

The blanc de Noirs style of Champagne, that is, a Champagne made just from the use of red grapes, in this case Pinot Noir, is a style which can produce immensely complex results if crafted in the right hands. Two plots are used at Coessens' Largillier vineyard, 'Fruit', and 'Flower'. The proof is in the pudding here - a layered mineral texture with a beautiful, subtle complexity. The wines are extremely fresh across the range, naturally low dosage (low sugar) and in our opinion, are proper wine lovers wines. Sip and savour.
