Refined and classic entry level Burgundy
Burgundy can be a minefield, trying to find value is almost impossible. Meet Sylvian Bzikot, a family of Polish immigrants who came to work among the vines of Meursault, subsequently acquiring tiny parcels of land. This entry level Bourgogne Blanc oozes class, reminscent of a Puligny-Montrachet in its poise and soft mineral balance - the grapes were hand picked around the village of Puligny.
