Fresh and Fruity Light White Wine

When studying his master's in the Netherlands, our founder Harry worked in a restaurant called Villeneuve, a few miles from the Apostelhoeve vineyard. They served the wines of Apostelhoeve and Harry loved them, vowing to bring them back to England so the market could see what was being produced in the Netherlands.

Müller-Thurgau, a crossing of Riesling and Madeleine Royal is an early ripening variety suited to growth in a cooler climate. The wine posesses a wonderful citrus zing with it's mouthwatering acidity and mineral character.

11.5% ABV
